Professional couple with young children looking for a sophisticated but practical family home.
The aim was to bring warmth, character and personality to the house, creating spaces that felt cohesive and sophisticated without being overly formal.
The Design
The design combines classic architectural details with a fresh, contemporary palette.
The existing rich blue kitchen created a strong focal point. Checkerboard flooring added a playful timeless quality, while softer furnishings and a generous chaise longue brought comfort and a more relaxed feel to the living space.
The Result
A warm, characterful family home that feels polished without feeling precious- designed to work beautifully for family life now and for the years ahead.

Victorian Pied-a-Terre & Home/ Chelsea
The Brief
A Chelsea pied-a-terre for Hong Kong based clients, designed to provide a sophisticated London base for the family and a comfortable home for their adult daughter, who works in investment banking.
The brief was to create a home that felt elegant and welcoming, combining the character of the Victorian property with a contemporary approach suited to modern city living.
The Design
The design balances timeless Victorian character with a rich, contemporary palette.
A deep green kitchen provides a strong focal point, bringing colour and warmth to the heart of the home. Carefully selected materials, lighting and furniture create a sense of continuity throughout the property, while allowing each space to feel individual.
The basement was transformed into an inviting living, kitchen and dining area, creating additional space for relaxing and entertaining and making the most of the lower ground floor.
The Result
A warm and layered Chelsea home that combines character of a Victorian property with contemporary London living, creating a relaxed yet refined space for both family life and time spent in the city.
